What are the natural healing powers of green papaya grown largely in tropical climates?
Sometime ago I wrote and published a piece on the wonders of green papaya. Much has happened since then so I would like to take this opportunity to update you on what I have learnt and experienced using green papaya powder.
Since time immemorial the Paw Paw, sometimes called Papaya (carica papaya), has been at the centre of options for healing solutions, but more importantly a staple diet for many of this planets tropical indigenous peoples, who still use nature to heal certain conditions.
What is Papain?
Papain is the living enzyme within the flesh of both a green and ripe paw paw, however the green paw paw is known to have higher amounts of papain and lower amounts of naturally occurring sugars whereas a ripe paw paw has the reverse’.
It’s a proteolytic enzyme, which means it is protein hungry. It not only helps to break own proteins ingested into the stomach but will...
Most chronic illness is generated from the gut and in particular what enters your blood stream through the intestinal lining.’
Since time immemorial the paw paw, sometimes called papaya (carica papaya), has been a crucial ingredient in natural healing, and has also been part of the staple diet of many of the planets indigenous peoples. Papain is the living enzyme within the flesh of both a green and ripe paw paw, and is renowned for its ability to break down protein.
There are some amazing stories about the wonders of the paw paw, but I will preface what I am about to share with you with the following words of caution; in this day and age it is still important to consult a medical practitioner to determine any health issues and to listen to what options they might have to offer.
Green Papaya Miracle Fruit
From a scientific perspective paw paw contains acetogenins which modulate the production of ATP or adenosine triphosphate in mitochondria of cancer cells. The enzyme in...
All food carries an energy resonance. All food contains inherent internal energy, plus or minus, depending on its ‘natural connection’. Ultraviolet rays from the sun and ambient spacial energies are fused into ALL life on planet Earth.
Every cell in every living organism needs these energies to survive; when these energies are not interrupted by ‘man made’ radio waves, including high levels of EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency) from cell phones, towers and WIFI, the recipient receives the ‘full thrust’ of universal energies.
When there is no energetic impediment, the human gets access to ALL space energies. There is no exception to whether any recipient gets more or less. The humans will adjust. The only exception is if natural food has been ‘denatured’ by being ‘radio sprayed’ with high density EMR during the growing and processing process.
The science is clear, all food contains atoms, protons, and neutrons + or –...
We've all heard that we should chew our food at least 30 times before swallowing, but let's be honest... who's counting?
Yet, the process of masticating or chewing food thoroughly is VERY IMPORTANT when it comes to good gut health.
Some of the benefits are listed below and will help you understand why it's so important to pay attention to the practice of adequately chewing your food.
Breakdown of food begins in the mouth, in fact it is said that 90% of the digestive process actually occurs inside the oral cavity - the mouth.
Saliva contains enzymes and acids critical to the start the 'food breakdown' process. The more you chew the more 'inundated' the food becomes, the smaller the food particles become and the easier it is for the gut to complete the process. Food then turns into 'chyme' - the pulpy acidic fluid, which passes from the stomach to the small intestine, consisting of gastric juices and partly digested food.
Improves dental health. The more saliva your...
Having to cope with chronic stomach issues is a thing of the past now and you don’t need pharmaceuticals to get rid of these symptoms – irritation of the bowel (IBS), bloating, indigestion, gastric reflux, heartburn and gut ache.
I’ve just recorded a video in response to a question from a Facebook follower, which reads like this:
“Hi there, I have experienced ‘IBS’ for many years and had many gut issues and at the moment experiencing extreme bloating and sometimes, horrible wind. I know this is mainly to do with my current high intake of protein supplements. (I am working with a dietitian to slowly come off this supplement.) I was pointed in your direction and suggested to use your Green Papaya Powder.
I was wanting to find out the exact ingredients in the powder and how much you take and how often each day? (I see on your site it says after each meal, I have 6 meals a day would I take it after each meal would you suggest for best...
